Here at Paul’s Fish we have been sourcing and supplying the very best of British Fish and Seafood since 2014.
We select the freshest fish daily from wholesale markets which we sell on our markets around the area. the main focus is always freshness and quality of the product closely followed by the sustainability. Where we can we source off smaller day boats off the south coast where fish is landed daily and caught in small nets or by line.
we offer a huge variety of whole British caught fish, regularly stocking whole hake, Gurnards, Turbot, Brill, Squid and Mackerel. All of these are available filleted along with your old favourite’s Salmon, Cod, Haddock and Plaice, lemon sole.
A side from fresh fish we also smoked our own beechwood range including Salmon, Trout haddock and cod. Traditionally smoked not coloured, using beech wood chipping smouldered and the fish smoked gently in the smoke. No chemicals and cured using only salt or sugar. We also provide a range of handmade gluten and dairy free fish cakes. Mackerel & salmon pates, taramasalata & pickled herrings.
